Ravens’ Lamar Jackson leaves game vs. Bills due to concussion protocol

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson left Saturday’s playoff game against the Buffalo Bills as he entered concussion protocol.

Jackson suffered the injury late in the third quarter when he was tackled retrieving a ball deep in his own territory following a bad snap. He stayed down for several moments before heading to the locker room.

The 2019 NFL MVP threw for 162 yards with an interception and ran for an additional 34 yards prior to his departure.

Tyler Huntley entered the game in relief to begin the fourth quarter.

Rams receiver Cooper Kupp out for playoff game vs. Packers

The Los Angeles Rams will be without wide receiver Cooper Kupp for Saturday’s divisional round game at the Green Bay Packers.

Kupp, who injured his knee in last week’s wild-card win over the Seattle Seahawks, is among seven Los Angeles inactives for the game at Lambeau Field.

The loss of Kupp is another tough blow for a Rams offence that will start an injured Jared Goff at quarterback in Green Bay and be without backup John Wolford after he suffered a neck injury starting in place of Goff last weekend.

The 27-year-old Kupp led the Rams with 92 receptions and 974 receiving yards this season, adding three touchdown catches.

Green Bay has six players inactive for the game, including cornerback Josh Jackson, who made five starts this season.
